kasi if you don't give them a chance to everyone, tingnan nyo ang nangyari natalo kayo sa ibang grupo nakakahiya yun diba? mas maganda cguro mag concert na lng kayo para magka pera diba? pang international na kasi kayo tapos sasali pa kayo sa ibang contest wag naman, baka magalit yun iba sa inyo at ayaw na manood ng concert o di kaya mag support sa inyo.

i've been with himig since 2002 and we never joined any local and national competitions..the last 2 competitions that we joined was 2004-vivace intl competition in hungary wer we won grand prize and 2007-1st asian choir games wer we won gold medal & asian choir champion sa mixed vocal ensemble..cguro mga former himig yan cla na nagajoin sa mga local contests but they're not using himig singers name..tnx sa concern..

Yeah, I admire them kc magaling cla but the sad is some of them they join competition sa davao and tagum and they dont give them a chance to everyone, yun mga choirs sa mindanao some of them say: ayaw namin sumali kasi nandyan sila it means na discourage cla pls. give us a chance para ma develop yun talents namin,

nice and full texture. altos a bit shakey/too much vibrato especially on the first bars. lacks fluidity especially towards the climax. i missed an effective crescendo. it was a sudden change from piano to fortissimo. sopranos a bit too bright. good intonation. not the best interpretation of this song for a filipino choir here in youtube. nevertheless, they're a good choir.
