How do you set the satellites to do all the bass instead of the subwoofer? Normally, Logitech has it configured to where all the bass goes to the subwoofer and only the highs go to the satellites.

a phase plug is not used to produce high frequencies. Its used to act as a waveguide for mid and high frequencies. The cone itself is able to produce highs. A phaseplug will force the soundwaves to travel in one direction, eliminating "spread" and "crosstalk" on mid to high frequencies...

Most of what your thinking is "Bass" is really the driver just dropping bottom.

2:40 is exactly the reason why quality speakers aren't made from plastic you get more of a humming distorted bass and not clean lows.

BTW Bose speakers are made out of plastic to so don't feel bad, just think of it this way your speakers are just as poor a build quality as Bose speakers.

It's moving at arround a multiple of the speed that the camera captures. EG. It's moving at 250Hz, cam captures at 25Hz. SO the cone looks to be still because it captures the cone in the same place as it was the last time it recorded a picture.

But it's probably just below or over that multiple because they appear to be moving very slowly.

It's actually a phase plug. It's used primarily for situations like this, where you have no tweeter and need high frequency response from a woofer. The phase plug helps the driver to reach higher frequencies than a woofer without one.

Lol your an idiot there nothing know about anything in the logitech speaker serie. you see... The z560 got a magnet bug in its woofer, they fixed it in z5500 and thats the only thing they have changed. The bass is muuuch more powerfull in z5500 imo, i got both systems, (and x-240), there are no diffrent in the sound, both rocks, but my z560 has already been to reapration 3 times over 2 years, because of that freakin magnet bug <.< so imo.
