  • did you edited out all the laughing from people in the gym?

  • Welcome to SNAP CITY !

  • My stabilizers hurt just watching this.

  • hehe leave it up to the white people, always trying to find new ways to snap their shit up ;) (btw I'm white - no racist).

  • Some demented part of me wants SO badly to see someone doing this terrible exercise and failing spectacularly. You would be hard pressed to come up with a more useless and dangerous exercise.

  • how exactly do you get on the bosu with all the weight on you

  • This video as well as all the comments save for 2 is nothing but FAIL.

  • Excellent squatting your core will be rock hard doing it with a bosu ball, i do a variation of this exercise with heavy dumbells my balance and core are so much stronger not to mention the Quads

  • This is a great exercise. A slight variation of this is overhead squats on a bosu ball. You'd obviously want a little (or a lot) less weight than this but works some other stabilizers and gives your core a better work out.

  • why don't you try squatting to parallel with a couple hundred more pounds, i'm sure u'll see much greater gains

  • i dont get the point in this

  • omg!!! I tried these today with dumbells on my hands instead and on my way down, i couldn't keep my legs from drumming back n forth!! How do you keep them so still??!

  • @olymsailor83 its practise mate after about half a dozen goes your body will adapt, everybody suffers at first

  • @olymsailor83 you need lots of training with the bosu to keep steady. He has probably used the ball dozens of times.

  • I actually did those for the first time yesterday and now my legs feel worked. Really works all the stabilizers and the core pretty well.

  • this is dangerous as fuck if you're not confident in your ability to pull it off or at least bail safely if you slip. badass.

  • Sick.

  • dude thats pretty impressive. I would be too scared to try that. I just stick to the traditional barbell squat on a nice stable floor

  • man....that is incredible.....those bosu's are no joke....nice job!

  • I've heard 500 so with my weight plus the 225 that's bordering pretty close - the highest I've gone is 275lb.

  • Good job! how much weight can they take?
