@lynm7268 Thank you for the update............But all of us that really knew RYAN, already knew from the minute the sheriff told the story..........that it was a BIG FAT LIE.......! We already knew the truth......And I personally believe that until we truly punish HATE CRIMES, that they'll continue to RISE........LIFE in PRISON is NOT a PUNISHMENT.......Its Three Hots and a COT ....Free electricity,,,,Free Cable....Free Medical....with a Cook and someone to do your Laundry ........!
here is an update... both of the accused have had their trial and have been convicted, sentenced to life in Prison with no parole. The evidence showed that Ryan did not pick up either of these men at a bar or anywhere else, they were wait for him at his home. the evidence also disproved his drug use as speculated and presented as fact by the Sheriff of Polk County. Sadly Ryan's death has not been the last murder based on sexuality. there are 2-3 murders every month across the nation to LGBT.
