Just remember to plug yourself with protein every few hours so your body can do what it does best - repair.

Do you guys not realise there ARE OTHER TECHNIQUES other than just heavy compound movements. What about pre exaustion with isolation movements. Or just compound movements followed by the isolations. There are lots of ways to vary your workout and your not gonna progress as quick/ to your full potential if your only doing compound movements!

If you're doing curls or something make sure to always start with your weak arm that way you don't unintentionally get more reps out with your strong arm. Like if I'm going for 10 reps on each arm and i start out on my right that means the last rep will be with my left, but since its the last rep on my weak arm i might only get 9 reps whereas i got thee full 10 with my right. This can cause an imbalance over time.
