  • I think this video is reTAARDED. Just like you with hyperbolas

  • eating twizzlers while modding for the win :)

That thing rocks i am making one for myself

  • I reload ammunition for rifles and have a chronograph to measure changes in velocity. They are cheap and would give nerf modders an actual measure of the changes they make. I am going to chrono the nightfinder that I bought for my nephew before and after mod, just for fun.

  • Nice vids...It looks like you guys are ready to build full custom nerf style guns, without buying the nerf guns altogether.

  • u haz 4 hanz omg O-O

  • Dammit. This seemed like a Dremel advert. Now i want one :(

  • So white lithium grease will work as lube?

  • What does k26 stand for?

  • hi

  • What kind of dremel do you use?

  • @rnslrzno28 i think he uses a 300

  • @Gunrun2000 Nope, Dremel 4000.

  • @ACnerfshop i wish i had one :(

  • Alright thanks acnerfshop I appreciate you replying usually people don't do that :D also I'm modding a longshot it'll still shoot stock darts I'm modeling it after your longshot in your first video it looks awesome but was the k26 spring to much for the longshot or did it turn out fine?

In going to be starting to make nerf videos so I'll post a video of the nitefinder rifle once it's done also do you care if I post some tutorial vids about it since I'll be following relatively closely toYOURtut?

  • Also I'm beginning to make stefans and mine aren't that great but when I saw you nitefinder rifle firing test I was amazed at how perfect yours where could you post a video on how you make stefans or tell me what FBR and weights you use

  • Also while I now this isnt the sales video about how much is shipping this would be my first time purchasing a gun from anybody but I was kinda interested in that Titan Thingy

One more thing while I know the tubing for a nitefinder rifle is only 1.11 per ft I'll be making several over the next few weeks so could I use PVC pipe? If so what size?

Also I don't need 5 springs I only need 3 so could I use a slightly smaller or larger spring so I only pay $5 for the spring instead of $10

  • Hey acnerfshop I'm making one of these for me and my friend but he's dad won't let him pay $15 so I thought thy since the catch springs you used cost $8 I could cut the price by either not using them or getting different ones so do you think that a new catch spring is neccesary if so is it possible to get a different size I'm willing to shave down that peg it has to fit over

  • @Snailguy90

-I have no idea what other spring there is to use. The ones on mcmaster will work for virtually any gun and can be cut to length. I've used them for at least 20 guns and still have more that 2/3 left of the original purchase.

    -The titan has been sold.

-No PVC to my knowledge will work in the same way, but it is possible to have a PVC plunger tube for NF's. Check out A.C.E's (KND's) NF.

-There are many stefan tutorial on youtube, I would check Coop's for the best instructions.

  • @Snailguy90 That's how i do my NF's. I shave the peg a bit and then slap on a bit of ace#1 spring. its like 56 cents.

  • what size do u use for the barrel?

  • @oprtiveconstipation The barrel is a 12" length of 1/2" CPVC with a 1 1/2" Length of 1/2" PVC hammered to the end to fit in the 1/2" PVC coupler on the blaster.

  • @ACnerfshop ok also where do i go for k26 spring can k18 springs work

  • @oprtiveconstipation Look in the description, it says all...but i don't know if a k18 spring will work.

  • This is a heaps well done video, very nicely presented and well thought out! Subbed!

  • To secure the plunger tube to the gun mechanically, I use a stub of 1/2" Sch 80 pvc and put it at the rear portion of the plunger tube. Then use screws that go through the black circle nerf logo thing into the plunger tube/sch80. This acts as a spring rest also.

  • @bchamp22795 Good Idea, We will consider that for later rifles.

  • OMG!!!!!! HE HAD A TWIZZLER!!!!

  • Also, do we have to use white lithium grease or is it just your preferred lubricant?

  • @zoomingtothelemon You do not have to use white lithium grease, but there are some lubricants that can damage the o-ring. Whatever lubricant you have in mind will probably be fine.

  • How long is your barrel?

  • stock?

  • I would suggest reinforcement around the empty area by the catch. The new spring tends to destroy the walls the catch sits in.

  • i made this mod....and it failed greatly(: my catch spring wasnt strong enough to hold the k26...my seal wasnt amazing...every time i pulled it back it would kill my finger...and that when cutting the dremel cut i failed...also!!! when i shot it...it would shoot the barrel off

  • im gonna make this mod soon so watch it

  • let see this puppys range!

  • That wil be insane if you make them manta ray!

  • What was that pen thing ant 4:16 and what do you use it for?

  • @marvinlee718 Its a deburring tool. It shaves off extra particles after you have cut your pipe or tube. In all it just makes it a cleaner entry and exit for a dart.

  • Hey i finished the gun. I will post a video response in a couple minutes.

  • You Look like C off A bronx tale lol

  • nice pink panther light show

  • @BoBbYtOfReAkE Thanks!

  • do something like this to the longshot or longstrike! :D

  • @ACnerfshop no i meant when u bought the parts of mcmaster. Did they cut it in a 2 foot piece

  • @steven5907 The Polycarb can be cut to 1ft increments, but the pvc rod has to be cut to 5ft increments, which can be expensive shipping. You could always use nylon rods, but that is more expensive per foot, but cheaper overall when considering the shipping cost.

  • love this video

    dunno why

  • I am ordering the parts off mcmaster today and i am going to go buy a stock nitefinder. Hope it turns out good:D

  • @steven5907 I can't wait to see the final product.

  • i saw the same dremel you had for 70 dollars but i bought the stylus dremel it was 75 dollars

  • through out the video it sounds like somebody is eating something

  • @LCNerf Throughout the entire video we were eating Red Vines. You can see them in one of the clips.

  • Ace #2 Springs work great for catches too.

  • Why not call it "The Gun" ?

  • where can i get a k-26 spring

  • @psydragmast01 Mcmaster, a link to their website and an item number is in the description.

  • name it the ACNite Sniper

  • Thanks

  • thank you

  • how much does a dremel cost?

  • @TheJamesrockz It depends, Mine costs $130, but that is only because i bought the best out there. You can probably find some for $50, but I'm not completely sure.

  • @ACnerfshop I got a Mastercraft Dremel and 100-piece set for $30 on sale at Canadian tire; the things are on sale like 10 times a year.

  • @TheJamesrockz Mine was $50

  • awsome !

  • Nice video, can you tell me where I could buy the squar pvc, cuz my homedepo doesn't sell it

  • @MAVREV13 The only place I know for sure that has the square pvc is mcmaster, a link to their website and all the item numbers are in the description.

  • AND THE ROD!!!

  • CAN I PLEASE BUY THE POLYCARB OFF YOU!!!

  • @jamesrulz22 Sure, but I can't say I can get you the best price. Mcmaster will have the cheapest price.

  • @ACnerfshop

I'm in Australia and i've saved your account on Ebay so if you can put it up for Buy it now i can buy it off you?

  • still scares the hell out of me
