Ive been a property investor since 1983

I have a large portpholio and im very comftable

I like to think im very expereanced at what I do???

This man talks a lot of sence

I only disagree with one thing and thats existing mortgage deals comeing to an end

I have found that my mortgages on fixed rates have more than dropped by 50%

This gives me a good cash flow to find the 25% deposits that are need to buy more
