ive always wondered, but who is it projected in the mist at 0:40. Is it gola moscow? Because it doesnt look a thing like him to me. Looks like some winged robot carrying a sword

@Billy193 It's Rokudo Mukuro after his arc. he was taken by the vindi ( the italian prison guards) and after he tried to escape he was caught so they put him in the lowest level of the prison where no sound or light can reach. they put him in that water tube so he can't use his powers to escape again. he meets Chrome Dokuro(Nagi) after that and shares the body with her while he's stuck in that prison. in return he helps her live with fake organs :3

That's because of the budget. The opening has a bigger budget plus it's only 1:29 where a full episode is atleast 25 to 30 min.
