Instead of sucking more out of the ground in the 11th district, why not get fed funding for turning every house/business green w/solar and wind. It would lower the cost per household-unit for installing, create a massive number of long-term jobs, make everyone eventually energy independent, reduce green house emissions, and come close to negating imported foreign petrochemicals in this district. No non-clean coal nonsense, either do something real or nothing at all.
