  • This is a very dangerous workout. Not enough time to warm up your muscles and extensive stretching before the workout leads to tightness and muscle cramping. Also these women go from high impact directly into low impact and stretching while you are at your maximum heart rate. Very dangerous. There are much better workouts that are safer and more instructional than the 20 minute workout. No wonder it is never recommended as a safe workout.
