Harry was Dewey's sidekick on his TV show. He ran around in a long coat, wearing an ape mask (or maybe it was a caveman mask --you couldn't really tell), wreaking mayhem and destruction. Dewey lost the TV gig after Harry allegedly did something obscene or suggestive with a lifesized cutout of Jayne Mansfield on the set.

Harry was also a serious artist (painter) when he wasn't raising hell alongside Dewey. He died in San Francisco in 1989.
