Yeah, I think your disclaimers about disconnectedness and such are totally unneccesary. Great phrasing, great tone, and a pleasure to watch. Thanks for uploading!
This one's a tour-de-force all right, but you really kept the momentum & big tone going all the way through - I really enjoyed your performance & thanks for posting!!
Congrats on a milestone. This is indeed very impressive playing, Chris. I don't hear any disconnect at all; it really seems to flow from your fingers. It is encouraging that mere mortals can conquere a piece like that. Well done!
CONGRATULATIONS!! Shows that persistence and practice does indeed pay off. The Leo tune that inspired me to try to learn a few of Leo's songs. Figured if I could play this then maybe the rest would follow. Not really true as each tune presents new obstacles to overcome and new techniques to learn. That's why there's only one "Leo". And I'm so nervous in front of people or a camera, it makes me sick. Anyway, very well done and sounds good. Thanks,
Congratulations Chris with this Magnum Opus! You not only play this complex piece very well, but you're also champion in the catagories precision and persistence!
Great!!! You're at like 99% mastery on the hardest and most complex Leo song that I can think of!!! Good stuff. And I know exactly what you mean about playing in front of the camera. There's a name for it I'm sure, hah
Superb playing my friend...this is what us brits refer to as "The dogs dangly bits" ...its always a pleasure to listen to you....All the best...Kev

@bertbouw Thanks Bert, I saw you work on "Lucky One", great stuff. I bought that transcription to but got discouraged from the start.

@CFLanger Anybody who masters "Times Twelve" can play just about anything I'd say!

@bertbouw I would not exactly call what I recorded as "mastery", but I worked hard on it and I think it's pretty good. It's a fun tune.
