Why do u even mention it... HALF LIFE (BOTH OPPOSING, BLUE SHIFT AND EP1 + 2) ARE KICKASS? U cant even name a game that is just NEAR as good. I played last level in Halo with a friend. Ok, fun, u drive in a car , third person, shoots some stuff up on some huge platforms where everything explodes, filled with enemies... w00t n1. Or not.

UT3. Yea, BUT THATS A MULTIPLAYER GAME! U cant compare. And Hl2 is still one thousand times better.

yeah it is a surprise, but I think they started the pre-orders just recently since they FINALLY announced the Orange Box being released. But TF2 I KNOW would've been pre-ordered a lot. TFC fans were eager for that game for some time now. I'm one of 'em xD I also wanted to continue the Half-Life storyline and I wanted to play Portal since it looked so fun =D I can't wait this Wednesday it's driving me insane!

Yes there are a couple reports on it. Apparently EA is distributing the Orange Box in stores while VALVe has it on Steam. Apparently, EA, VALVe, and Crytek have teamed up. And reports are that they will stay teamed.

EA Published the PS3 and 360 Versions. PC version has nothing to do with EA.

EA is the distributor (not publisher) for retail versions of Valve's PC games. They package and market the PC version to stores, so 'nothing to do with EA' isn't true.

If you buy from Steam, EA has no part in it.
