this Dance is a spirutiel Pray dance called Semah and the Dnacers are called as Semazen. Alevi People pray with Dance and songs women and men together in the Alevi Cem Ceremony.

Mevlena Jellaleddin-i Rumi was an Alevi Poet leader and Philosoph. There are nearly no real Mevlevis left as ottomans force them strictly. But there are 30 million Alevi Turkish Kurdish Arabic Persian people living in Turkey. God is Love and Love is God our Lord is the lord of Love.

the music piece to this dance is called nar i ney by mercan dede. the girl is actually meditatin (praying) thru the darwish practice which takes years of skills & knowledge. it is an act of sufism & the founder of this was a maulvi called maulana jilal ud din rumi but many islamic scholars consider it biddah becuz of the musical instruments used in it which isn't permissable in the faith.
