the very fist time i made this, it turned out great! and it turned out exactly the same as his. this was a long time ago. but my cousin came over and i was planning to make it...it turned out to be all doughy inside! >:[ i wasted 2 cups of flour and 2 sticks of butter... because i tried to make it twice. is it okay to open the oven door while its baking? and how long are you supposed to leave the dough out

Well all i have to say is that, that was so easy. I watched another video on here where they used a bucket load of butter, sugar and eggs, [17 eggs in total, 8 for the pastry and 9 for the cream. I was horrified by all that and to top it off they used butter to grease the tray....talk about a massive weight gain just eating one puff.
