  • eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee mr.whitey lol

  • I have a cottage on simcoe on cooksbay and have just started going up in the winter. Where's the best spot to fish for whitefish on the lake? Never caught one before and really would like to.

    Cheers

  • I go about 2mile out from georgina island

  • get yourself set up with a good snowmobile or atv, get a decent gps and fishfinder and you are good to go.

I'd reccomend going about 2 km straight out from jacksons point or willow beach. you'll find more trout around willow beach also.

I usually fish anywhere from 50-100 feet of water. if you find a good spot, mark it on the gps.

or not be so lazy and walk out :)

I go 1 1/2 miles out from Jackson's Point there is always a green hut as soon i go on the ice i line my self up and walk out till i meet up with Georgina Island and thats my spot all the time...

  • Whatever floats yer boat I guess, walking out isnt that bad but I prefer a snowmobile or truck, makes life easier. I usually fish around the area your talking about.

  • Look for a pile of huts about 2-4k out and make a hole

  • nice
