@CapitalCatalyst its just feedback, bring the guitar close to the amp and make some feedback, turn one pickup all the way down and one all the way up. use ur whammy bar to manipulate the tone and use the toggle switch as if ur picking to switch in between the pickups. remember to keep close to the amp so u dont lose ur feedback. if this doesnt help much tom morello has a video that personally teaches all his tricks pretty much called Tom Morello
