Capcom I really hope your going to patch a invite friend option for H&H. I really just want to play this with all my online buddies so we can make all kinds of rules but I'm forced to fight the same old Wesker/Dante/Vergil clones every match just like normal ranked matches. Its a cool mode I can see me playing for a while but for the love of god don't let this be a waste! PLZ add a option to play player matches with friends in H&H where you don't gain any H&H points so I can just have plain fun!
For H&H offline localplay go to the training room. Set the cards for you and your challenger via player and dummy settings... and viola :D. Vote up to spread the word. :3
This mode was just what this game needed. I love it. I can actually put up a bit of a fight online, now, and the TWO offline campaigns are pretty fun too. I hope something like local multiplayer is added in the next patch. But the pros outweigh the cons by a whole lot. Kutos, Capcom, for making Ultimate even better. :)

I like the mode but the mode needs some tweaks. Not being able to fight friends or in a player match is disappointing. I wouldn't want to ever fight online with random people. Plus, I kinda suck in normal mode, so not being able to use simple mode is somewhat disappointing but I can definitely do "okay" in normal, so that's not too much of a problem. Tweak that in the next patch or whatever and we're good. Other than that, I love this newer mode and new abilities. Good job, Capcom.

Good news, we don't have to wait much longer for this mode. It's out December 19th, & it comes with the new patch.
In other news, the Vita version can be used as a controller for the PS3 version, & the Vita version gets a Replay Mode (no word on if the other versions will eventually get the Replay Mode).
@Nexo213 It would be better if the Vita version could use a PS3 controller or arcade stick like Resistance Retribution for PSP. Another thing. I don't see why they couldn't just nerf the damage on everyone instead of dumbing down the combo potential. The game needed new characters, stages and modes not a new system. New moves are cool but you screwed up so badly on some. DOOM my fav since MVC2 and he never needed a ground bounce S and he doesn't need it now! I used to like fighting scrub Dooms in vanilla with my Doom because I would always win against fraud Dooms but now with his random dive kick S fraud Dooms actually have a chance :(
Capcom needs to return the hit stun in UMVC3 back to the way it was in MVC3! I don't see why I have to settle for easy mode combos when I can do so much better! They ruined so many combos and made characters like Captain America not fun to play or fight against. Captain was so cool to play in vanilla doing his epic shield slash juggles and adding assist with it made them more EPIC but now! To get the same damage I don't even have to try! Simple air combo OTG and I get 700 for free. Cap lame now.

@Devilmanfan666 It is free, Capcom confirmed it would be. As for the release date, I'd say sometime in the coming week. It took 3 weeks after MVC3's release for the Events to be added so I imagine it's the same deal here.

@TheWriter0 Lmao at rebalanced. Wesker/dorm/doom buffed an insane amount. TACs are more broken. Lv3 xfactor still too good. I would make TAC 50/50 instead of a 33% chance of getting BS. Lv1 xfactor last the longest while increasing dmg/regen/speed the least. Lv 3 xfactor will have the biggest increase while lasting the shortest. And after every xfactor depening on what lv is used, after being buffed you will be gimped for a few secs. That alone will rebalance the game. No more free wins.

If i dont guess right, i can either take damage, have an opponent take my meter, or build his. If i can counter it i can xfactor...but who would waste that? Aaaaand your character can get killed aswell. Why not go for it? Its in your favor, take off a characer, while you can build/take meter.All reward, very little risk.
@asnlunatic There's a 1 in 3 chance of being able to stop an opponent's TAC. That doesn't sound too bad, honestly. And it's not like in vanilla where you could gain 3 meters/take 3 meters with TACs.
@Tyrik73 X-factor should still be nerfed abit more. My idea is that after using X-factor, you get gimped for a few seconds. Your slower, your're health regens slowly, damage is halfed. 4 seconds for lv, 6 for lv2 and 8 for lv 3.
The mode better be availabe pretty soon bcuz i know ppl who are already bored with the 12 new characters already except Vergil and Nemesis and maybe Strider
