How much foam do you need to make a fursuit head? I saw some foams yeturday and I don't have a clue how much I need XD

@JayFoxFire I used one big piece, I'm not sure of the size, but it only cost me around £10. I had to build it up in layers with hot glue, then use my electric bread knife to carve it.

I would prefer to do that version as I wouldn't have to wear as much fur, and her dress is very long too, so my legs would be bare and cooler under it.

never have I seen some one make some a detailed Sally suit. For that matter, I dont think anyone ever has. This is so cool. I bet you were a hit at your convention.

I believe I was told there was a Sally costume at the official SEGAWORLD in Austraila many years ago, but I've never seen a cosplayer attempt a full suit before. Which is really strange!
