i hate this ride. I've only been on it once, during playland. The reason it's called a corkscrew is because it feels like someone used a corkscrew on your skull after you head hits the side of your seat a few times. Of course I'm exaggerating but i was only like 11 at the time, so maybe i was too short.

yeah, in final destination they made the coaster look WAY bigger and scarier than it actually is. the whole ride is only 75 ft high and the loop really only lasts about 3 seconds..

They made the ride look bigger in the movie. And to make it seem like it was longer they used mirror footage of the recording on the roller coaster. So once the ride duration was done they ran the flipped footage of the whole ride over again. Neat effect.
