what kind of ventilation do you need for gas hobs. I'm always concerned that an extractor isnt enough. DO you need more than a kitchen smoke extractor. i was intrested in something with burner higher than 3kw and preferbaly something about 8kw of power on a single burner which you get on catering grade cookers. I guess this would be ok as long as i din't have multiple 8kw burner going at once as most domestic cooker burners combined never exceed 10kw. want vent system do i need
