Guess if WWll went the other way we would all need Japans permission to fish and piss, but it didnt so Japan should send fishing boats out in that area not patrol boats lol.

It reminds me of japanese domain registrars sending out emails to companies saying that someone in China is trying to register domains with your company name (yourcompany.cn, for example). Then, when you prove you have the right to the company name, they will ask you for amazingly high registration fees to "protect" your company's domain name. Nice scam...
