go to cydia, then touch the search tab, search vista, then select the vista maximus perfection package, touch install and confirm and it should be in the winterboard. so go into winterboard, check all the packages with vista maximus perfection, or VMP. now press the home button. you will see a spining wheel and your ipod touch/iphone will restart and you will have a vista themed ipod/iphone!
