  • Wooow! Great sound! Sounds like an electric recording played in a ortophonic victrola. Congratulations on having that cylinder and greetings.

  • I estimate, based on the bumps at the beginning, that you are playing this record at about 190 rpm. A 4-minute record (which appears to be nearly full length, groove-wise) should not end in just over three minutes...even if the auto shut-off was triggered too soon.

  • Great sound. However, this is played WAAAY too fast!

  • @sunholme213 It isn't all that fast- this is an early style tango right when the dance was introduced to the US, the steps were done to the brisk tempo of the popular "One Step". Some manuals of the era refer to this as the "North American" tango as compared to the Argentine tango.
