In addition there is no offical claim the Revelation was written by the appostle John, but simply A John, it is not clear if the was the same as the appostle. There is no mention of any planets in the Revelation, so I don't know where they are pulling this "could only be observed on the...", since it does not describe planetary movements.

This is nonsense, since Irenaeus (130-202 a.d.) is known to have commented upon the Revelation of John, and there are physical texts existing, as old as 1700 years, dating to 300 a.d.

The authors also fail to see that astrology was not esential only to the 15th and 16th centuries of ur times but were very common and important in most ancient cultures from the Maya to the Chaldeans to the Chinese.
