it's inhumane to cut off a dog's tail..the tail is like a limb, God didn't give the dog any unecessary parts when He made him, think about it...plus his tail is cute!
My female papillon would do that with her dry food and her treats. We called it her "happy dance". She would sometimes pick up a treat or toy, sling her head, and toss the treat or toy arcoss the room. She stopped doing it when she had puppies because the boys would just go get the treat after she threw it. Every now and then I see her do it is the boys are not around.

Why should it be? There's any law that states all boxers tails must be cropped?
Some folks like it cropped others don't.
