i think that hangeng was a police officer person and siwon was the robber..siwon and hangeng both were shot and hangeng's heart was given to siwon..then hangeng's heart loved the woman..and siwon still feels that love because hangeng's heart is in him..thats why this is called timeless, it doesn't matter if your heart goes through one life, that love will be timeless ^^U hope it kinda helped..
