  • This is such a good idea! I am so excited for this. I used to work out everyday and I stopped and now I feel so gross, your videos would really motivate me to start back up again. I think anything you do would be helpful for me.

  • As if you have fibromyalgia! I have chronic pain syndrome which is similar, could you do a fitness video on how to keep fit when tired and how to stop from making back/joint pain worse? Please! I can't do much harsh exercise ie running, trampoling etc because it jolts my back xx do you have any fibro vids?

  • @LoLuFullyLoaded I'm sorry, that didn't come across right in text, i meant as if! (in an excited way). I don't know anyone else who has chronic pain, so I was shocked to find out you had it. It's hard being the only one who has it. I didn't mean it to sound like that at all. I say as if when I'm shocked at something. I know it's hard because people never believe me because it's an invisible illness. THUMBS UP GUYS SO SHE CAN SEE THIS PLEASE!xxx

  • I'm the same way. When I do dryland for swim, I always do all the crunches, Russian Twist, push ups, or anything else the coach says to do, because I;ll get in trouble if I don't. When I get home I say, the days I don't have swim, I'll do that same routine and I never do it. If I'm not being forced, I won't do it.

  • When you go to the gym by yourself, not a class, what do you do and for how long? I go to the gym but I just go on treadmill for like 20 minutes and the bike and rowing machine for like 20 but i don't know if there's any point or if what i'm doing is any good haha.   • Yes please do: healthy snacks , ur routine or excercies u do, and if u have any tips, because i'm ashamed to go to the gym or workout in public places because i swear A LOOOT!!! i swear!! I start sweading like a pig really really fast, and i know people when they workout they sweat, but i'm usually the one that sweats the most and i feel so so so gross, don't know if u have any tips for looking decent or anything!

  • this is a great idea! like you said, it's hard to get motivated if you aren't naturally like that, so having someone show different ways to be healthy is really helpful in keeping a positive attitude toward fitness.

  • @jaimefleurs you should add resistance training (working with weights) which will build lean muscle and therefore will make you burn more calories on a daily basis, other then that great job!!
