Bah, for some reason I'm still having troubles with mine, on the AG DVX100b. I follow his tutorials correctly, but I still receive a border on the top and bottom part of my video...I can't get my video to stretch the top and bottom.
Which of Markapsolon's videos had the settings for this upload? I have been searching and testing different expert settings for iMovie compression that don't degrade live action with vertical line artifacts or pixelate. My still shots do OK in HD, but add live action and problems of lag or less than HD quality happen. I'm just sharing to YT directly from iMovie.
I own a DVX 100b, can you tell me how you rendered that to play in HD because most of the time I cant even render mine to play high quality on youtube.
I do have a question, I followed his tutorial, but my quality still seems really low. The final rendering is like 14.mb. I know that cannot be right, this is the settings I set it to: Frame1280x720. FrameRate24, and the varibale rate: 20,000,000 and 10,000,000 with two passes, but still comes out crappy. What am I doing wrong?
hummm Sounds like you are doing it all right. I know I had problems and could not figure it out. Try doing it again, but with the same settings. Sometimes one will work and another not. I know that sounds weird, but this is computers. haha.
awesome, I have the same camera as well, And this proves the Panasonic AG DVX 100b is great, even though its not shot in HD, the rendering in HD looks awesome!
was thing moving on its own or was that just the water currents?

What settings do you usually use? Video from a 100b is not true HD, but you can fool YouTube into thinking it is.
