  • Nice helmet. Why not wear it?

    But very charming!

  • I loved you video. It inspired me to make my own video with my 4 year old daughter and her PW 50. I put it in your video responses.

  • cute

  • i wov it

  • hi im 6'5 and 234 pounds would this bike fit me?

  • @byron11001 I understand your concern.

Don't let anyone tell you you're too little to ride a motorcycle.

You can do it. I believe in you.

  • @bandacycle thanks :)

  • That is so awesome... cool parents..my husband and i got our daughter a PW50 too.. and this video reminds me of when we gave her her frst dirtbike her reaction was the same..

  • how old is she now and what bike does she have?

  • @doctorknockers00 her 8th birthday is coming up - she rides a Yamaha TT-R 50E now. She likes the "magic button", and the sidestand.

  • @bandacycle lucky girl, i want to get my 7 year old niece a YZ85 because shes really tall for her age so she may be too tall for the 50CCs but i feel like an 85CC may be too much power for her, but I'm not sure. What do you think? She loves riding with me on my Raptor 700R

  • @elmo1257 The 85 cc bikes are typically serious competition machines with a manual clutch. Not great beginner bikes. It's counter-intuitive, but a 110 cc four stroke play bike is a better choice. They are easier to ride, and most have an auto centrifugal clutch, and sit about the same height as an 85, or a little less. Look at Yam TT-R 110, Kaw KX-110 and Honda CRF-80 for a tall beginner.

  • @bandacycle yea ive seen the tt-r110 but i dont kno if 110 may be too much power but im thinking she could get used to it. thanks

  • @elmo1257 The 110cc four strokes are LESS powerful and easier to ride than the 85cc two srokes - defnitely a better option for a beginning rider.

  • @bandacycle Thanks, I'm actually going to the motorsports store later on today to pick up a part for my bike. I'll take my niece with me to check out the 110 while I'm at it. Plus I like that you can get it with push button start, and as always, no oil mixing with a four-stroke. Thanks, I'll check them out.

  • i do a bit of raceing its nice 2 see that

  • Hey. Firstly this is such a cute video! I am a media student in college and i'm just wondering if i can use parts of this video for a little flashback section of my new project?? I already have one video of something i had to make for my class if you want to check it out. Please let me know if it's ok to use it :)

  • @MediaStudent4 Sure. Be my guest. Give me a peek at it when you're done. :)

  • Thats awesome i wish i had one of these when i was that age i started riden dirt bikes when i was 8 or 9 and im 15 now and planning on racing some time in the spring of this year.

  • Hello, my name is Cady VanCura I just had to say your daughter is SO cute! Im almost 18 years old and am a professional womens motocross racer in the AMA series. I wish you and your daughter the best of luck I know growing up it brought me and my sister really close to our father. And let her know no matter what never to give up on her dreams! Good luck to her! If you guys are at any pro races come find me and ill be glad to show her around! -Cady VanCura GDMX KTM #65 :)

  • @65kimberlyable Wow! Thanks! Helen is 7 now, and on her next bigger bike. She trail rides, and wrenches on her bikes, and she has plans to race TT Scrambles starting next spring. She told me she'd love to come to a WMX round and meet you. I'm not sure it will happen though - we live in Southern Illinois - I don't think there's an AMA pro MX round within 500 miles of us. :(

  • I remember getting my Pw 50 for my 6th Birthday! great little bike for beginners! nice video

  • such a nice little kid :)

  • ha coool. is she still ridin to this day?

  • @bizzatch926 - yes she is. She changed the oil on her new TT-R 50 this afternoon with some help from her dad. She's planning on racing some TT scrambles in the Spring.

  • Where did you buy it? I want one for my son and I've basically look all over the internet and only find parts for them.

  • @lulzjess I found this one on local Craigslist under motorcycles. They can sometimes be found a Yamaha motorcycle dealer. I say sometimes because the demand is high, and they seem to sell out.

  • @bandacycle thats a pw 80

  • @lulzjess look on craigslist

  • Awesome - was thinking of getting one for my son, for his 4th.

  • Awesome - was thinking of getting one for my son, for his 4th.

  • you guys are so gay she gets a dirt bike, why do you have to be hating. Love the bike and i dont think u need a helmet when ur going 5mph with training wheels

  • @MrAmericanEagle96 the helmet is when she starts driving faster than 5mph

  • @MrAmericanEagle96

Yeah but if she starts off learning to ride without a helmet, then later on, she'll think she can ride safely without a crash helmet all the time...kind of like getting into bad habits, they're hard to break after years of them.

  • She`s realy polite isnt she. And cleaver especialy for a four year old.

    She deserves a motorcycle.

  • this was awesome

  • Where a helmet retard

  • @BPIRIVATRIC LOL - I bet you don't even know why that's funny.

  • D'awww. My first bike was a Yamaha as well ;)

  • ues get her the helet and goggles n al and jus learning she doesnt even wear the helmet lol

  • Haha, great birthday present. We did the same for my little brother, but i think i was on the bike before he was :)

  • Amazing parenting!!!! Get them started young. :-) I'm getting my son his first this year when he turns 4

  • @nautica0199 I did the same with my daughter. She's 4 will be 5 in OCT and she's clearing the 10 ft table top I put in my yard for her!!

Gettem going early!! better then drugs

  • @MrCEastman11 Cool man! I got him his 3 weeks ago for his 4th b-day. I already made a video of his first time riding. You can see it under my videos.... I don't think youtube allows me to paste the link here.

  • helmet.

  • @Dirtbiker4life99 - gee, never thought of that. :-\

  • @bandacycle forgot there was trainning wheeles my bad lawl ;/

  • She's great! I love the way she offers to pay and is so excited about the bike. It's sad that so many people on here are jealous of a child though.

  • I kove how it has Training wheels to help her keep her balance. it is so cool. My 3 almost 4 year old daughter has a quade that she just got but we have to get two battiers for it before she can ride it. and for her birthday she is getting a Big Girl Bike with Training wheels.

  • Thats cute :]

  • totally spoiled child

  • @meeleew hey, thanks for your concern. Actually, she's polite, kind and responsible. But you never know - she might grow up to be the kind of person who bags on 4 year olds on the Internet. We'll try hard not to have that happen. ;-)

  • @bandacycle dude u just owned him!

  • @meeleew she offers to pay for the bike even tho she doesnt kno how much is costs... spoiled? i think not...

  • awesome vid, thanks for posting. nice to see all parents aren't overprotective chicken sh*ts. see my videos to see my daughter on her snowmobile. not sure she is ready for a dirtbike... but soon....

  • wtf it's cooler then mines :P they got flames but still this one is cooler

  • her momma gotta DONK lol lol

  • Awesome! I want one of them too! :D

  • I mean the bike, not the girl. :D

  • It brings a tear of love to my eye to see how stoked she was. My daughter is 4 in sept and already has a lil pink pee wee, Check my vid, Grand Theft Pee Wee. Helmets are for pussys BLNTD My daughter will tell ya str8, you broke ass pot head, jelousys a mofo innit? Well done bandacycle, only the best dad in the world would do that for his little girl. Your a true champion :) Father of the year, after me that is :)

  • lol nice video

  • good work :D

  • i wove it

  • correct me if im wrong but in the title it says "PW50" so dosent that mean it is 50 cc? i have no knowledge of bikes but im sure thats what it means?

  • Yes - it's a 50cc two stroke engine.

  • im pretty shure its a 4 stroke but its your bike so u have more knowlage of it

  • It's a 2 stroke. There's a oil chamber just behind the front number plate, and the oil is injected, so no pre-mixing required. The next bigger bike in Yamaha's range is the TT-R50, which is a 4 stroke.

  • my nephew has the same bike with training wheels

  • Ahhh that's so sweet.

  • ohhhhhhhhh thats so cute "my first motecycle"

  • LOL i hated the training wheels when i tried them. they were anoyying because everytime you start out you go slower than a snail you would have to wait until you hit your th shift on gear

  • haha my frist bike was jr 50 i never had traning wheeles and brunt out the clutch afeter 2 years

  • MOTORCYCLE HEEEEELMET lmao

  • i wish i got a pw50 for my fourth birthday!

  • lol "i love it" thats cuz its a yamaha ^_^ so cute.

  • wtf it will flood the engine but not much i work with motor bikes she well luckly my first bike was my moped at 16 lol

  • such a cute video

  • Nice moped :)

  • that not a moped and your stupid

  • under 50cc... so MOPED!!!

  • so, if a quad was under 50cc, would that be considered a Moped? I think not. She is riding a dirtbike!

  • It's kids motorcycle sherlock whiskey...

  • that is great!

  • ahh. She's cute. LOL "I GOT MONEY TO PAY FOR IT"

  • thats is cool

  • i started on an suzuki jr80 when i was 7

    then kx65 now kx 85

  • i jumped froma thumpstar to a yzf426 and then to a yz125 and now a crf450

  • she can twist that throtle all she wants its a two stroke you can do it on a 2 stroke, 4 stroke is a different story every time you twist the throttle it pumps gas in unlike a 2 stroke

keep it up thogh love girl riders. not enogh of them

HONDA CR125 2-STROKE all da way

    #44 *rz-

  • thank you mom and dad i wuv it.

    L.O.L

  • dont let her twist it she will flud the engine

  • SteveoMagician: yes, because thats what happens when you twist the throttle, instead of the bike going faster it floods the engine.

    You special person

  • Wow a guy with a brain. Ok so let me break it down for you on what my comment was supose to mean. When the bike was not running when she 1st sat on it she did if im not mistaken pull the throttle a little bit? And aswell if im not mistaken they can flood the engine. But im not a mechanic and thanks for syaing that my mum aslways says im a special person :)

  • SteveoMagician: On big motocross bikes with an accelerator pump carburetor, twisting the throttle with the engine off WILL flood the motor. This bike, like most small bikes and street bikes, does not have an accelerator pump on the carb, so twisting the throttle with the motor off does not squirt any gas. It's safe to twist.

  • little bikes like that dont have a accelrater pump on it so it wont flood the engine because it wont squirt gas in to the engine without air blowing it in to it

  • Oh right. Cheers buddie :)

  • damn shes four and she already knows wear everything is

  • lol i got a xr80 when i was 9 now i got an rm85

  • thats hwo i got mine when i was 10 got all teh goggles and gloves and all that etc. then i looked down stairs and a xr 80 was by my tv my father drove it down the stairs :P lol

  • lol i woulda been like.. wtf why there a bike in the house?

  • IMVU sooooooooooMUCH! If i asked for one of those, my parents would NEVER get them to me. how much was it?

  • wish i could of gotten stuff like that and she is so cute i want one xD

  • I like watching stuff like this =)

  • orr blesss she has the money to but one lol cutie

  • She seems to really like it! and this bike will turn to be Hours and hours of fun! Great buying decision!

  • nick 998 your a jerk....shes only 4 years old and is probaly a better rider then u

  • i bet when u was 4 yr mum n dad wnt let u gt 1

  • thats the same 1 i had is that a 2 stroke i had a 2 stroke when i was 4 i gave it 2 my brother when he was 4 but i never had traning wheels but my brother did lol

  • I got a 100CC when I was 11

  • I wonder why they bought the helmet, since she ain't wearing it while driving. You should always learn your kids, no matter what age, to wear a helmet, even if it goes slow like that.

  • hat was the first bike i ride and im 13 i just ride it yesterday. but it goes 50 mph because its has a big muffler

  • Lmao. It goes fast because it has a big muffler? No... it's what the muffler is connected to which matters.

  • You're either a troll, or you aren't thinking about it hard enough. A motorcycle can be just a thing, or it can be equipment in a shared family pastime. She's had the bike for almost a year now. She and her father ride together weekly, and come home dirty, happy, and proud. She washes it, wrenches on it, and can be trusted to operate it safely and correctly. That little bike has proved to be of tremendous value. Maybe you just didn't have the whole picture?

  • dude, i would have killed for a street bike, dont you think that a motor bike is a little much for a 4 year old girl?

  • i think theres nothing wrong with her getting that bike. i think its great that you got her a bike while she was 4 and the people that think that is wrong probaly dont have a bike, or have one...but she can ride it better then them. tell her and her father good luck rideind and to keep it up and post videos of her rideing.

  • I don't see what's wrong with getting a 4 year old a motorbike, It's early learning. It's not like they got her a 250cc or something. I mean how many parents would get their 4 year old a motorbike, That's some awsome parents.

As for Bandacycle, I think these haters are jelous. I think you should put more video's of your daughters progress and how good she actually is on the bike now. This will shut them up and they'll ask YOU for training LOL

Nice vid and parenting :), Lee.

  • Agreed... The pw50 is a great choice bcuz the speed can be limited!! good job bandacycle

  • wow she speaks well for a 4 year old!!

  • traing whells lol

  • i thought it was in the box

  • lol, well i got a honda 50cc qr in 2000, wen i was 5 [8-)

  • lol

  • i hate wen kids get stuff handed to them i had to buy my first

  • same i paid almost 75% of all my shit. I didnt start till i was nine but i always wanted to

  • @bmxn4l1f3

    LOL? Shes 4 years old..

  • @jakeyahurd well thats how it starts then they expect everything else to come with a bow for free,

  • ah bless! you cant beat the look on there faces when they get that first bike!

how ever never mind burns if her foot got caught in the back wheel it could do serious damage,

glad to hear she is still having fun!

check out the video on my page of my 5 yr old jumping a husky pro 50 race bike big step up from his pw50

  • i´ve got an yz 125,

    it´s really much better XD

  • i dont care if the throttle was turned down put some pants, boots ,and helmet on her, or she will have burns on her legs to remember that 4th birthday foreever

  • While that's quite true of most motorcycles, I'm having a hard time imagining how you burn yourself of a PW50 with training wheels. The exhaust is routed far from the controls, and it's just not going to fall over. Anyway, as I've commented before, the risk was accepted by the parent to be small, nothing bad happened, the 4th birthday wasn't a bloodbath. I'll repeat - all subsequent rides have been with full gear. A year of weekly riding, zero injuries - lots of fun. Don't freak, yo?

  • ive got 1 of those 4 my 2 year old nephew, exept, i ride it not him LOL. he will when hes older tho

  • you think you have everything you need for a motorcycle??? ... well i'm 4 lol

  • ABD U GOT MONEY TO PAY FOR IT! :D

  • i wish my parents did that for me !!!

  • rivrfreak THE POINT WAS SO IF SHE CRASHES SHE WONT HURT HER SELF. IF I GOT A HELMET AND GLOVES FOR A DIRT BIKE I WOULD PROBABLY GET THE IDEA THAT IM GETTING ONE

  • i think he was referring to the fact how shes not wearing them

  • what was the point in buying the gloves and helmet....?

  • cute child you got there

  • aw bless er bet she is sooo happy

wen i av kids im gettin dem startin at age 2 i ride crossers but unfortully i av just had an operation so i cant ride any more :( im only 17 an im a girl lol, it is so upsetting wen sum 1 says ur not allowed to ride any more. let her do it wen every she wants xXx

  • cool

  • Getting one today!

  • dudeman i know how you feel:( 'it's not safe, too expensive' etc.

  • that is so cute

  • ha ha losser i just turrned 13 and got a yammaha 80cc 2 stroke 3 gears it goes 40 miles per hour

  • i had that bike when i was 8! now i have a kawasaki 85 2stroke race bike and im 12

  • kool, wat speed do they do ?

  • about 300mph i think...

  • lmao !!

  • wow 40 mph i have a gas scooter that goes 60 i have a 150cc dirtbike that can hit 85

  • Ive Just Turned 14 nd got a 100cc 4 - Stroke Honda Xl100 does about 70mph so dont go about acting hard

  • lol

  • you can only ride a 50cc if you want it legal

  • i know lol, i wnt a Derbi Senda

  • thats impossible. it could probably only do 45-50mph. My rm85L can barely go 70, and it is a race bike.

  • 65mph mate, 110cc pit bikes do 4mph thick cunt

  • my parents still wont get me a dirtbike for my fifteenth birthday!

  • dude! i know! I finally found one and am starting to get them to get me it and i'm 13 =D.

You should just show them some good things about it and have a good reason. =P

  • i have that same 50 its a beast lol

  • lmao its got stableisers on it lol and by the way its pwee50 not pw50

  • lol shes cute

  • *motorcycle

  • a motorcycle helmet! now i can get my own helmet! haha shes so cute!

  • lol thats pretty funny

  • have bought same bike for my 4 year old in UK / England. Do you know where I can get stabiser wheels? Many thanks.

  • pm sent

  • honestly... every girl wants a motorcycle lol... well i did (now i have em *sigh* and i paid 4 em, still payin 4 em)

  • It's sure cheaper than a pony. LOL

  • hahahahha very true

  • My little man had a pw50 for christmas, (he is 4 in may)and has exactly the same set up as you have, he was very excited watching this, and now wants to go out on his bike, great little bike for first timers, easily restricted, and very safe with the stabilisers. spot on, hope we see your daughter on some motocross track on t.v in the future! great vid, and hey.... great riding girl!

  • I wish my litle sister would ride. she thinks its stupid :(

  • Never too cool to wear a helmet...
