Bob Stroud's voice is so great and the harmony the band comes in with at the end is simply breathtaking. Miss hearing Bob Stroud sing--definitely raised the bar a notch for this favorite Chicago group--the two guitarists are absolutely outstanding. We never knew names back in the day of who was who, but great music doesn't need names...the music speaks for itself.

I saw this group at a place called the cow palace in fond du lac, wi. in the mid 60's. Is there anyone out there that was there at that point in time?

This was my VERY FAVORITE SONG EVER growing up... My sisters and I would sit up on our roof in Wheaton and DREAM about the Cryan Shames... course I always got Toad :) AWESOME group!! They have my heart :) thanks for posting!!

The Cryan Shames are and will always be on my "short list". Please come back to Waterfest in Oshkosh WI. in '09. It would make my summer!!
