I spoke to my dermatologist. He does not recommend the product because he is concerned that it shall destroy only the top part of the mole. If the rest of the mole becomes malignent down the line, you would never know. So that leads me to the question... Does this product destroy the whole mole or does it only hit the surface area? i removed a raised mole on my face and the scab fell off about two months ago. There is still significant redness where the mole used to be and I am wondering if this is permanent or if it is just taking a while to fade because the mole was raised. Can this redness be treated?

@dorisliverton Pure Natural Vitamin E oil to help speed up the healing process. It has to be NATURAL and 100% PURE Vitamin E oil. You can usually find it at a health food stores. (Do not use Jason products as they say NATURE but are really synthetic). Redness can take a few weeks to more than a year to return to normal. It depends on how deep the mole was, size of a mole, skin type and healing ability. The redness is usually not permanent and should go away eventually.

Aww you shouldnt remove it. Trust me, I have the same and when I was little I almost removed it and then realised that people really liked it and said it made me look prettier. Depends what kind though, mine's kind of small and darkish so it looks like a drawn on beauty spot...and my lips are a nice feature too I guess....and I'm a girl. Anyway if it looks nice dont do it!

This product works on all skin types including sensitive skin. However, since it is sensitive, be advised that the healing process may take longer for some more than others.
