  • i wanna learn from her!

  • she must make some mean sandwiches!

  • insperation for all thous who cherrs blessings from squarefoot charlie love the art

  • She is flexible and creative.

  • what's the name of the song & group for this clip?

  • @gwanyalla Alter Bridge one day remains, theyre pretty good all theyre stuff is great.

  • one question: WHAT THE HELL IS SHE DOING OUT OF THE KITCHEN?????

  • THIS GRIL IS A FRAUD ..SHE ISN'T MARTIAL ARTIST JUST A FAILED GYMNAST

  • PINCHE VIEJA LOKA

  • man, sparring with her would be comparable to sex..

  • Reminds me of people who get impressed by a guy swinging a nunchaku too fast to see. Chances are he's never even hit anyone with that thing before and has no idea how his body/weapon is going to react to the impact. To me this is no different than break dancing as both will seriously hurt you if you get in the way but are practically useless in a real fight.

  • Cool routine, but application is so much more beautiful.

  • Ninja much?

  • Sorry to say it, this is stupid and totally unimpressive !!, yes she's flexible so what, plenty of people that do not practice any form of martial art that do yoga or dance are just as flexible if not more so !!, and could easily do the same routine, all it takes is a proper consistent stretching routine, and don't get me started on how pointless big flashy kicks are, yes they look impressive to people with little or no experience in real world combat/violence and that's about all.

  • well, at least, it looks beautiful?

  • Everytime I hear this music I expect to see Edge walking out

  • who let this women out of the kitchen, she needs to get back in the kitchen and kick me up a sandwich

  • chuck norris still kicks better

  • I hate these "extreme" MA routines. Yes, some of the moves can be impressive from an acrobatic point of view, but I'm a traditionalist. In my opinion, these competitions are only good for getting yourself into movies. As long as the competitors realize that, more power to them. I like a good choreographed fight scene like any one else does.

  • tang soo do anyone?

  • @timk815 Hell nah!

  • c-c-c-combo breaker!!

  • nice vid but hwoarang kicks her ass...

  • i bet she's fun in bed

  • dancing and martial arts move ain't that different

  • Hmmmmmm Well she is very good in what she was doing ,She needs better guidance ! i am Former KickBoxing Bronze medalist of Pakistan

  • 40hits

    K.O.

    Perfect!

    Winner!

  • Pretty good for a ballet. As for Martial arts.. Who is she kicking in the ceiling? And who does she hurt by doing a split?

  • q mujer tan sensual me gusta...

  • her kicks are just like Chloe Bruce, even that scorpion kick....wait, isn't she Chloe Bruce??

  • @amrishh09 she is no where near chloe bruce!!!

  • this woman should be a gymnast or some kind of dancer -NOT a martial artist. Her kicks are weak & useless....

Im betting she couldnt fight her way out of a wet paper bag!!

  • I think this is Nikki Berwick by the way....and the bickering is annoying !!!

  • @paullynx your right this is nikki berwick !!!

  • Superb flexiblity, great chorography and dance, but not really any martial art skill here. this is really only a dance routine. 40 yr taekwondo veteran 6th dan

  • You tell them homie. Yeah shes great to watch, but there is nothing usefull from her chorographed moves, when it comes to real full contact fighting.

BIG PDR -o- Da Nauth, out !

  • Hwoarang does exist!

  • I've seen her before. She's actually a Tang Soo Do artist. Not Tae Kwon Do.

  • same difference.

  • Not really. Tang Soo Do is a much older Korean Martial Art - the "Way of the Tang Hand". Created during the Tang Dynasty in China. Korean martial artists travelled to China to learn Kung Fu and reinterpreted it for Korean philosophies. Tae Kwon Do was created as a quick and dirty self defense art during or before the Korean War.

  • OK, then stick to stuff you KNOW something about. Martial arts is obviously NOT your strong suit.

  • You are obviously a TSD guy who wants to believe in some ancient and "pure" version of his art.

Sorry buddy, but your whims don't dictate history.

  • Sorry buddy, but I'm NOT a TSD guy. Go somewhere else to get bored please.

  • Well if you're not a TSD guy then you're just brutally uninformed. Hate to break it to you.

  • You better hit the books again!? TKD was NOT created as a quick and dirty self defense art!! Try to remember that there are alot of people, reading this comment, that actually know Taekwondo!

  • I wish I were her...my dream...well, one of the many at least

  • holy shit. i want to fight with her... and during the fight we start to have mad sex, but still beating each other. damn it... what a woman!! fuckfight!!! LEtS GO FOR IT!!!

  • it's a cool video, i've been training in the martial arts for about 14 years now... this is obviously the art side. not really what i'm in it for, but i couldn't do the things she just did if my life depended on it so...

  • i study in TKD for about . 20 years i cant move like that was great video but i uses tkd for other resson to combine with wing chun system will be haveing videos out soon i hope. but i like your video keep up good work

  • those are great high kicks but someone with experience will sweep you and pin you down

  • amazing skill

    amazing bodycontrol, respect !!!

but in a real fight against an experienced person those highkicks are useless

  • your an idiot if u think that

come fight with a person who is smart enough to get those kicks in a fight and u will see what happens

  • seriously you have misunderstood the concept of martial ART

this is the beauty of human performance - its art !

if you only think destruction you will never achieve anything

  • Those kicks are way too high anyways to be affective to the head.

  • who the hell cares if shes girl or boy in first place it annoys when girla who think they have it worse than every getsstuck up

  • Her name is Nikki Berwick. Tae kwon do is an ART, it doesn't matter whether what she's doing is any good in a real life fight, she's not showing us how she fights, she's showing us a beautiful side of tkd :P

  • amazing video :D lol she moves V similar to Chloe Bruce and emma elmes, am i wrong? there all freakin amazing :D

  • whats the song?

  • She isn't Chloe Bruce. However I'm sure she used to teach Chloe when she was younger though

  • isnt that Chloe Bruce?

  • yea she has great balance but her kicks are way to high, you are usually fighting someone who is your own hight but shes good. it's more of like a demonstration of what you would want to be like and to get you interested but thats not life like, it's just to get you interested in tae kwon do. i mean shes good at kicking and balance but tae kwon do is more that kicking, it's 70% kicking and 30% hand techniques so wheres the punches. but that lady is pretty fake

  • oh my days get over urself big head, just because u cant do it doesnt mean she is fake, u make me L O L

    haha

  • Luv that leg stuff SEXY ! !

  • WOW. she's freake XD

What is she doing? Kata or something...?

  • i still think chloe bruce is betta but umm shes not that bad either. i mean. i can't.. do that thing umm at :25 even wile holding hands on my foot i need to straigten my leg on the supporting leg. lol but shes not that bad i think chloe and her are good =)

  • mad sweet

  • what freakin kind of dobak iz that fool

  • nice show of style and flick does hurt by the way if applied by the right person just saying from exper live learn

  • she kicks ass

  • what song's name?

  • alter bridge - metallingus

  • Taekwondo and Monk Kung Fu are by far the most beautiful of all fighting syles... Flick kicks are pointless,... but her flexibility is insane, :P being a freak of nature can aid fighting skill ;)

  • incorrect, tae kkyon out beauties tkd

  • i wish i could hit this high...

  • with all due respect good sir, i hope you get kicked in the face.

  • Since it emphasizes more on mobility than strength or stamina, it isn't that wrong to say it's perfect for women.

I'd just say gender doesn't matter. In Tae Kwon Do skill is > muscle mass.

  • i wasnt dissing ninjaking for saying it is good for women, is was dissing him in regards to that pussies comment.

but your right, in tkd, skill and mobility is boss. id also advise having great stamina but thats just me

  • avevo questo video ma c'era anche l'audio

  • I totally need her number...

  • Probably the best leg flexibility and control I've ever seen... amazing.

  • nice moves! and i love your uniform, i hate wearing just the plaing white ones.

  • nice display, not bad looking either.

  • It's STUPIDDDD to call her a dancer. Do you call Jeans Frenette , Christopher Carrio or Steve Terada ( Martial arts Trickz )a DANCER ????. They are creative designers who can mix the music to martial arts. Martial arts not always about fighting. These great people show the world that Martial arts is also beautiful and peaceful side and harmony. This beautiful creation can make martial arts survive to the future.Or you guys don't have any sense of art!!!

  • Hey Guys , Martial Arts has 2 sides. Fighting side and artistic side. That's why they call Martial + Art . They are not only deadly but also beautiful. This great woman just show us the other side of Martial Arts we hardly seen. This may not useful but sometime it's no need to be useful since it can be art. Then , Martial Arts is nothing but violence. We are not always train to fight just make our body strong and gain harmony and peace in mind.

  • Nice very artistic, I enjoyed watching it, very good show of athletic art. Make no mistake this is artistic an has no use in real battle, once you understand that you can enjoy the artist value of it. If you want to see real battle TKD that has defensive an offensive use an strategic fighting use, look up some Korean Tigers Video or something like that. Thanks for the upload was entertaining to watch.

  • agree with what u siad in the beginning but not the end - the korean tigers are a demo team, its just as artistic as this but it just looks more real, u cudnt really use thestuff they show in there in a real fight and again it only looks more real. jsut search up tkd self defense or tkd sparring if u wanna see the real tkd fighting

  • the korean tigers sparring an self defenese videos are what i was talking about.. but there demos do look cool, my wife is an accomplished korean tkd instructor and i have some minor education on it in my 25years of martial discipline in kyokushin, aikido, shaolin chuan, kendo, and i have been a nindokan ninjutsu instructor for 11years

  • sorry gooberQueen! :)

  • i agree with gooberman and majority of the last 10 comments...this is NOT taekwon-do and should NOT be tagged or connected to anyform of martial art...yes there are kicks involved....but they are weak ,as are her punches..impressive flexibility, yes and im sure it took some time to compose her "dance" but should not be under a "taekwon-do mad skills" headline they only thing that is true is that she is woman...they rest is false.

  • its martial ARTS just becuase u cant use it in a real fight doesnt mean its not martial arts - its all how you look at it. they dont have to be strong, this is only a demo we cant tell if they hurt just from ONE demo without seeing her fight. and in tkd sparring you dont needa kick strong, you just needa kick fast to score the points.this is just a demo to show her flexibilty - and im pretty sure this is tkd or a form devised from tkd like chang moo kwan or something else

  • with any of her moves is enough to knock me down!

  • I have seeen this video this one is crap quality!

  • She's flexible, but her strikes are weak and so are her stances. Without a solid stance, you can kiss everything else goodbye.

Shameful to claim it's mad skillz in TKD.

  • Its a dance routine to music you daft twat.

Had she needed to, I seriously think that she could have posed better sure, but the original of this is to music.

Dont judge what you dont know.

  • Don't judge what I don't know? I'm a black belt in TKD. I think I do know that this is not true TKD.

So who's the daft twat now?

    It's dance crap. Not TKD.

  • This is a dance crap thats true.

This is NOT supposed to be TKD The original Poster called it MAD SKILLZ

Her form is awful I accept that, but the original to this goes with Music and it looks much batter when you hear the music to it.

Also the girl in the Vid is NOT a TKD practicer... She is a dancer.

  • She trains Tang Soo Do.

  • woah there are some sickos posting about this vid i do taekwondo and im a girl and this chicks style is bad with her dancy crap

  • Her 'style' is totally useless in a street fight, she'll get raped if she doesn't grow up. Silly girl spreading misconception all over with her ballet performance.

  • wow man, its a DEMO - D E FUCKING M O - like ANYONE wud actually do this a street fight, thanks for stating the obviuos

  • her punches are a bit weak, she needs to twist the hips more to get more power into the punches.

  • no she doesnt. her punches are fine.

  • TKD is a about fighting. Not showing off stuff. if you want to see those move kind of moves. She otta stick with Rhythm Gymnastics.

  • no, tkd is a flashy martial art, even the sparring, no tkd purist is gonna fight like he does in a tkd fight - there for tkd is not all about fighting.

  • kim coppervan should be embarassed with himself after seeing this

  • the UK version is better

  • Put her in the ring with Wanderlei and see what happens.

  • grab leg when raised, pull down pants.. start scoring

  • I saw this video posted somewhere else as Tang Soo Do, but this isn't TSD or TKD. Whatever her art, though, insane flexiblity and body control. It's not easy either to hold your leg up that high and kick like that-I know, I can do it. This woman would be a formidable opponent-fast, agile, and strong(you build some mean lean muscle doing martial arts, trust me)

  • This is TKD and it also could be TSD considering TSD is the predecessor of TKD. Generally speaking TSD is more traditional and has more hand techniques. TSD is heavily influence by Shotokan Karate and no this is not MMA.

  • I also would like to include that I have been training two years in Tang Soo Dom and I also hold a blackbelt in TKD. However, some individuals take dance and gymnastics and like to incorporate it in his or her martial arts ie like this woman and Chloe Bruce so it looks a little more graceful then what you would normally see.

  • the quality is not so good.. you can see it with better qualety and voice etc. in my profile :)

  • Wow, I am so impressed. What body control and strength.

Thank you for sharing this, perhaps more women will get involved in TKD> Two of my daughters, my grandson and I all take and we love it. Women, empower yourselves.

  • its not tkd for christ sake its mma og som kind of karate doh, but its very nice to watch though, just have to put in the difference between the art..i have trained tkd for several years so i should know

  • I'd fuck her in the ass.

  • wow she looks like a video game

  • For that kind of dynamic flexibility compared to her weight she'd be a killer in a match. Trust me.

  • looks more like a ballerina gymnast than a taekwondoist.i'd have to see how well she can kick the pads before saying if she's much good at martial arts.

  • french r good at tae kwon do i guess

  • its nikki berwick

  • nice ass :O and great kicks

  • She is the french champion and for good reasons
