Jesus said, John (the baptist) WAS Elijah, and of those born of women there was NONE GREATER than John.HOWEVER the LEAST in the Kingdom is GREATER than John.Unless your mom named you Elijah you are NOT Elijah!Saying you are makes you sound like a pompous donkey and destroys any credibility you may have had. ELIJAH ALREADY CAME! in the person of John the baptist. He is NOT coming again unless, perhaps, as 1 of the two witnesses of the tribulation. We are saved by GRACE. NOT works or law!

Jesus says obey the commandments which is the law!!! The reason we are not bound to the law because it is not something we can relate to!! but being Jesus came as a man we as humanity can accept that!!! but we must obey the law and the latter two commandments he added!!!!

brother those words were spoken while the law was still in effect. and the law is still in effect but only for the unbeliever. Read galatians chapter 2 and 3. We are no longer under the law. we have a new covenant in christ jesus. just like there is no more tithe, 2 corinthians 9:7 the law saved no one! and no one but jesus could ever fullfill them, its not by works less any man boast, faith in christ and true and repentance. pick up your cross and follow jesus. as he said in john its finished

i believe the rapture will be when Jesus returns in the clouds with power and great glory, and all who love Jesus and his appearing will live eternal happy, but the wicked and unbelieving will perish eternal
