Hi homer how are u it's been a while since I have been in touch as my laptop has been playing up! Anyway Thai airways thing bugged me was in the airport no one gave a nice greeting the only they were nice was on the plane and other thing some of the meat dishes looked dry especially at the airport and on the plane which can't be voided but not as nice as Sinapore airlines though by far in my opinion

Well Done. Because of your film, I just booked this flight from Hong Kong to Frankfurt. I decided to take the long wait. 9 hrs in BBK airport just to use the SPA, then heading to Frankfurt on First. I always fly Air Canada Executive class from Toronto to Hong Kong or Shanghai. This film will add a little fun twist to my next trip in 3 weeks. I booked YYZ - HKG direct, then the return is HKG - BKK, BKK - FRA, FRA - YYZ the last leg travel will be also Air Canada Executive class. Thanks a lot man

Excellent video - I've heard Thai is in a class by itself. A friend of mine flew Etihad Diamond First and said it was top notch all the way - although I've never flown them. I'm glad airlines are uping the dining and seating in first and business.

@carmes87 Hi Neil: 1) 1A is the most popular seat, lol. 2)Order your menue in advance (lobster is always nice) 3) Be early at the airport and enjoy the 1 hour full body massage in the Spa and the lounge afterwards:) 4) DOM might run out at middle of the flight - so do some "front loading" lol (they do have alternative champagne, though) 5) Dont sleep and make sure you sit on the left side window and enjoy cruising in the the sundown over the Caspian Sea (c.f. my vid). Have a great flight!

I was lucky when I was young in the 60's & 70's to fly out of Newport News, Va. to Amsterdam, NL. & back thanks to my long gone Oma. Coach, of course, but on KLM 707s. Towards the end of that magical time I had flown on DC8s, DC10s & the 747. I haven't flown commercial since '92. Your video(s) of First class are rare glimpse of flying for most of us. But, man, what a way to fly.

Born in '58, I was lucky enough through my long gone Dutch Oma to fly from N.N., Va., to Amsterdam and back multiple times in the 60s & 70s for summer visits. Started out on KLM 707s, coach always. But real food, silverware, plates. By the end of that magical period I was riding on the 747 to Holland. I would always see that stairwell going up to first class. I haven't flown commercial since '92.
