  • That cut and and other sharp cuts like Spyder bites always hurt the next day.Just sore.

  • that just happened to me too lol, yeah weird lol a paper cut is much worse than being cut by this beast. it's too sharp

  • Could* sorry i spelled that wrong in my last comment

  • cause you show us how to paracord the knife like this?

  • When doing stuff like that, I learned in an early age :p... use tape on the blade then stick it back into the sheath.

  • you dont hit the neroves

  • Great review(s) - thanks!

  • sooo you made that video to show us what a picture would have showed us, and to tell of how your finger doesn't hurt....?

Hah, scary part is that I kinda liked it. I think the orange paracord looks very nice on it, It seems like a very nice blade for the money. I look forward to a full review after some use.

  • @NickPech Nevermind, I feel like a complete idiot now. I found the full review you did, It'd still b cool to do one after you've put it to "extensive" use.

I wasn't ragging on you in the beginning, It was just kind of a funny video.

  • Great review. Could you do a video on how you wrapped the handle? Thanks

  • meh you dont need that finger

  • They have micarta handles for these things, but they cost more than the damn knife.

  • @PickinNgrinin you can make your own scales from either wooden or plastic cutting boards, just trace the shape of the knife out cut the slabs out with a jigsaw, then either sand or carve or grind the contours you want on the knife, if the handles seem too slim you can get cheap plastic flexible cutting boards and use them for liners to increase the thickness!

  • the same thing happened with my rat rc4 now esee but still it was half an inch deep

  • where can i find real paracord ?

  • @chi854 any were it even has a website

  • i was given one of these by my uncle and out of the box it was the sharpest knife i have ever owned

also i have never had to shaper it in the 2 years ive owned it and this is part of my edc gear

  • Can you please make a video showing how to wrap this peticular knife with paracord? Please and thank you.

  • Great review. Supplied the info I needed to make the purchase.

One quick question, could you give me some starting tips to use to get started with the cord wrap on the handle?

I purchased 50' of bright yellow 660 paracord as my wrapping.

  • when i get cuts they dont hurt i almost sliced off my fingerprint on my right middle finger once it bled alot but almost didnt hurt at all

  • Could you make a video showing how you wrapped this in parachord? Thanks

  • i have been watching Becker Necker Bk11 reviews thru the day.

    i must say...great review. congrats!

  • i just finished making ma knife i just need to find sum paracord im in aus i dont no wear to get dome ill make a reveiw after i find some

  • Esee knives make pouches which can be mounted on the sheath as well (in addition to the clip). Have you had any issues with the sheath not holding the knife firmly in place? Mine tends to rattle and it's beginning to get on my nerves. I've noticed that if you pinch just below the knife on the sheath, it has enough tension. You will enjoy that knife, I'm sure, it can do all sorts of things :) Oh, the pouches run around twenty bucks btw, in case you're interested. You can find them at knifecenter

  • smart how u used orange and wat type of string was it? and u make a video on how to rap the stuff around and stuff and wat metal was it and how many CM im and aussie lol but i love knives

  • great vid is the knife made in the US? thanks

  • i have a winchester that i can cut myself with abslutely no pain at least out of the box i could now as i have done sharpening not sure

  • Could you do a how to step by step video on how to wrap the handle with para cord?

  • lol, ur cut sold me. jk, I've been wanting a neck knife, just can't figure out if I should choose between the cold steel mini tac series or this becker necker series...

  • The "paracord" that came with my bk 11 was cheap nylon rope. It looks like paracord, but it doesnt have the 7 strand core, so its not mil spec, nor is it as strong as true paracord. I was kind of disappointed that is was fake paracord. Luckily I had the real stuff on hand to wrap the handle and make a lanyard.

  • Good to know. Thanks.

  • great part 2. does the knifeclip slide around on your belt,or does stay where you clip it?

  • It Stays pretty secure.

I haven't had problems with it moving at all.

    Thanks for watching!

  • are you trading this knife on BF?

  • Yes I am. Just trying to get new gear for more reviews.

Feel free to message me if you're interested.

  • Hay, I really like what you've done with your videos so far, Great reviews 5/5

  • somethgin I notices years ago with knives is a good sharp knife will cut right through the nerves so you have less pain, a somewhat sharp knife tears the nerves leaving them damages but connected, thats where you get the soreness...

  • Great review! I'm looking for the Knife like this in my country... Thank for sharing.

And be careful with the new one on your hand next time.

  • Could you make a video on how you wrapped your bk11?

I followed this video but it doesnt look as nice xD

  • Sorry,

I'm selling this knife and the guy who wants it

wants me to leave it just the way it is.

The trick is to pull it TIGHT for each rotation the cord makes around the handle.

    Good Luck!

  • who makes the clip that you put on the sheath? Does it work well?

  • It's also made by Ka-Bar.

The clip is made for their TDI Knife so look it up under that name.

  • Great vid.

Ive always disliked parachord handles, but due to cost reasons thinking of going with a Necker over a Rat RC-3. Parachord is durable stuff, but how often do you have to replace it?

  • Depends on what you're doing with the knife. If you gut a fish, you'll want to try and rinse it out real good. If its still sticky/bloody, then replace it.

  • that happens to me all the time. i have a machete with a gut hook on the back i was chopping through shrubs i wasnt paying attention. the gut hook caught the top of my hand and it ripped it open. i stared at the hole in my hand for five second and then came the blood lots of it......7 stitches. no more gut hooks for me

  • Nice reveiw, Ive had one of my knives close on me(stupid frame lock) and the serrations dug into my skin, so I had about 3 holes that were about 2-4mm deep in my pinky......

No pain, and after about half a minute of staring I saw blood come out. But it wasnt a very sharp knife...... Is interesting how the human body works.

  • Nice review been thinking about getting one of these

  • I am considering buying one and was looking for help. Great review. Thanks.

  • it was once said that "a knife is not truely yours until it tasted your blood".
