you could download this video and take out the audio with windows movie maker and then save them to a .wmv file that i think powerpoint could open if you're making it with powerpoint anyway. other than that, idk

Thanks For this; I watched and Meditated Upon the Colour and Flowing Imagery, caring not for the terms used. the actual location of the sex chakra is lower and 3 inches behind the spine...near the two indendations on your back near the bottom. (The bottom of the spine is "base chakra"). The "sex chakra" where the 2 indentations are is connected to the throat chakra.

yeah are they are talking about the sacral...and mixing it up with the root!??

It's not mixing it in with the root chakra. They are different. The sacral is right under your belly button, and the root chakra is right where your spine begins. The root governs physicality and material things while the sacral deals with sexuality and creativity. The two chakras are close together, but still a few inches apart.
