U choose a horde or ally char of Death Knight class

and you guys co-exist like all one new faction can talk to each other , trade duel ect

but then Arthas betrays you or rather you break free of his will as you never really served him willingly or had a will of your own in the first place

then Tirion Fordring Transports you to your main city where the residents throw rotten fruit and try to hang u

then u go to Wyrem/Thrall and he tells the whole city ur on their side and to back off.
