It's impossible to deliver a provisional total reab without loading I think. 4 implants? Isn't it a little tto short? What happens if one implant fails?

we have also nobelgide in our surgery! there we are however not yet so experienced it are still very difficult for us! which I in this video do not understand why used it equal the teeth? the implants must in-grow nevertheless!

Usually we don't place as many implants as the number of patient's teeth. It will be too crowded for making the surgical stent and technically more difficult for the surgeon. 4~6 implants will be enough as Dr. Branemark said.

yes, so the impression technique is very important. Open tray technique is recommanded. If the ridge is too flap to perform this, you might have to think about grafting!!

It wouldn't hurt much according to most of the people.

The minor discomfort goes away the next day. No swelling was noted due to the conservative surgery.

I am a denturist from Canada and have recently bought the NobelGuide software. It is absolutely amazing! My patients that I have given this procedure to have been so pleased they have said that it has "changed their life". If you need teeth replaced and can afford it, do it!

Excellent result and very fast outcome. However Nobel biocare are not flexible enough in terms of pay per case basis as is done by materialise. They want me to buy a whole package rather than individual. How much do you have to pay in US dollar for your package? what was the deal for you?

I had to finish a full arch case for 4 to 6 hours before I use NobelGuide system. Now I only have to spend 1 hour to finish a case. A lot of comforts for not only the patients but also myself.
