Ha I have the same hair type as you but I brush my hair when it's wet because I can not do what ya just did. I hate dry brushing my hair it's the worst!!!! But I put product like gel and mousse in it and just let it air dry then it turns into huge crazy curls. I like it though. Makes me look crazy.

@bgsquiggy I use Aveeno shampoo, but I only shampoo my hair like every 4 days. The curls can't handle the shampoo! I condition the crap out of it daily though.

@chlsbshp My hairs fine and when I used to dye it and style it more the only thing that saved it was a heat protection spray, now I am kinder to it, but it still gets the protection spray :)

You should maybe use heat protection spray if you're using hot hair tools, but your hair looks great so clearly whatever you're doing is working. My hair is so fine and I envy thick hair, but my friend who has it agrees with you, nightmare to style sometimes. I'm still a bit jealous though ;)
