  • South Africans abroad should be allowed to vote, the Pretoria High Court ruled on Monday.

Handing down judgement, Acting Judge Piet Ebersohn ruled that the current legislation infringed on the rights of South Africans living abroad.

  • Is there any country in the (at least Western democratic) world that does not allow its expats to vote, if they can go to an embassy or a consul?

But is this decision by the High Court ruling? Is that the highest court in the country?

If this is an ethnic question, let´s hope not, but if so, how is the High Court and the Constitutional Court (that I understand has to agree on it also) filled currently in those matters?

  • Wow i dont even understand your questions

We are currently working with the American lawyers, who are developing a plan of action for SAYFA

After 14 years of democracy, I can honestly say I have learnt some thing in American election. Every American citizen was allowed to vote regales of their current residents home and abroad.
