  • Beginning workout: Deadlift, Bench Press, Squat. 3x6. 3 times a week. Awsome for gaining strength and size. Take Anabolic Muscle Fuel and eat three large meals a day. I gained almost 2 stone in a month.

  • you are off balance. to improve this start by having more control of the weights as you lower them. bringing them down slower will improve your form dramatically and will assit in upping the weight heaps faster. i like tune in the back but hardly workout music

  • The video is good. I think for beginners like me will have a much lighter to lift. I do wanted to share a link of a site that offers free workout plans and information on how you could gain muscles and develop a lean muscular look you ever wanted to have. Youtube doesn't allow me to post the link but I posted it on my profile. You can always check it there.
