I would just add a couple of things: Firstly, my criticism is against the USA administration, and not really the USA people. Many American people today detest what is being done in their name. Secondly, our own country, Britain, is the second worst rogue state on the planet. Tony Blair invaded 5 countries in 6 years and our new government seem to be just as war-like.

And as for 'plundering the world markets', we are in the middle of getting ourselves out of one of the worst recessions we've ever had, so I highly doubt we would take the time to plunder the 'world markets' when we have problems in our own country we're dealing with.
