The view clearly is a female pandering show. Having said that I am a father who is fighting for custody and parental alienation and false allegations. I spent nearly 8 months in jail because my ex wife lied to police. Cops were so caught up in the lies that they concealed evidnece I gave them prior to my arrest from the prosecuters office. Cops hid evidence and never questioned my ex wifes lies and refuse to charge her with the crimes she committed. Why do mothers get a free pass in custody

Also my charges were dropped after I refused multiple plea offers for time served, NO probation and not having to register as a sex offender. Plus it was a no contest plea to simple assault. I told the DA to go to hell and lets get the case in front of a jury. Charges were dismissed because it was all lies to begin with. How can cops and DA's be so smitten with a woman that they will send an innocnet man to jail?

I know this oh too well its very painful for either party esp the kids, it isn't fair, the kids suffer and then the parent who gets ditched is hated cos the kid has grown up with lies, and will never know the truth of the other side, it's very very sad.

I am so sorry to hear that and just know you are not alone.. I have been living in that pain for close to 3 years... I call all the time and never get to talk to him.. I use youtube!! He sees me, they are dated, he knows Im healthy and missing him and loving him and that I am proud of him! The videos do not lie, she does. Watch them please and consider reaching out like that!!! @WHATYOUSAYCLOWN GET REAL the day he brought her home from the hospital he got in a scrap with a paparazzi. He has a bad temper. He called his daughter a PIG. he attempted suicide in front of her... just what does he have to do to show that he's not the VICTIM HERE. Bassinger handled this well. Some of the shit he said about her = not being outgoing enough or a private person about her not decorating their home...I suppose she couldn't CREATE a relationship with his daughter for him either.

Then he demanded she drop her life and fly out to see him. he called her an ungrateful PIG. At 9:29 - family therapists OUTSIDE of family court spoke scathingly about family law therapists/the system.....Look up Stuart Greenberg in Seattle area, a nationally renowned parenting evaluator/psychologist. He was arrested for voyeurism because he videotaped women in his office bathroom. After he got out on bail he killed himself and left a suicide note, admitting that he ruined many lives. This was THE GOLDEN CHILD, the best the Seattle area courts had to offer. What's that say about rest?

Most attorneys & women's supporters advise moms to make False Abuse Allegations as normal, primary means to win custody & divorce, winner takes all. 3/4 of divorced DADS in my area experience false allegations PLUS parental alienation.

Most parental alienation accompanies HER false allegations resulting in mothers having sole custody with most dads alienated from their kids.

Most GAL's & other court hangers-on support the rot lest they lose their seat at this banquet on children's flesh.

Vindictive, abusive fathers also alienate the kids from the mothers and guess what, the mothers lose out because their abusive ex can't accept that she left him...hence the brainwashing against the mothers. They say divorce costs men a lot. What about the price that mothers pay because they want to dump their abusive husband? Also, when mothers are alienated, this is called "Maternal Alienation", not PAS.

Please lets remember what we've heard here- the Family courts, as it relates to divorce and child custody, is just a big, fucking racket! Monetary gain is the primary concern of everyone involved except the children and the non-costodial parent. The non-custodial parent is however concerned about survival and monetary 'retention'- as any reasonable person must be.

After 13 years of alienation my 17 year old daughter mustered enough courage to sneak away and call me...The next day her mother had her cell phone disabled.

All those b-day and Christmas cards I mailed intercepted by their mother...no phone contact...prisoners are allowed phone and mail privileges, BUT NOT MY DAUGHTERS...I can tell you it has not only destroyed my life...but major emotional distress for my two daughters.

AND...they are keeping/preventing ANY contact with the paternal cousins, Granny (MY mom), and all the paternal aunts/uncles.....it's a NITE-MARE ! I have one brother who communicates with but no longer sees 3 out of his 4 children because of this very thing. One daughter has come to live with him only because the mother kicked her out of the house. Another brother has been tempted to give up custody of his two sons because the mother makes life so difficult for him. Kudos to Alec for bringing public attention to this issue.
