Some time ago, I thought that skinheads are the same as nazis, and I deeply want to apologize to every skinhead/skinbyrd I´v assulted this way - coz when I got my boyfriend, he told me how the stuff is (he´s more like Oi! Skinhead) and I finally realized that Skins are NOT nazi - the difference is so huge that I had to be blind to not to see it.

I'm disappointed but not surprised to hear such prejudice evident against skinheads. The skinhead movement in the UK, its fashions and music, came from Jamaica and the dancehall scene of the 60s/70s. The original skinhead scene has nothing to do with the people who you regard as stupid.
