@CreativeCookingCornr Wow LOL I thought that I had told you. It went well. The wife liked it the most. The onions and apples worked well. I I think I need to slice the apples a bit thicker they got mushy instead of carmalized. I will admit I wasn't happy, The tastes went well together. I could taste that but just not for me.
@MrDenman3266 Nope you forgot about tell me.....and I was just following up ;) Foie Gras is not for everyone at least you tried it once. Thanks for letting me know.
@SmallBusinessGeeks we are using a zi8 for recording and just ordered the Kodak Playtouch so that I can have 2 camera's recording at the same time for some different angles in the videos. Thanks for coming by!
How does a duck get a fatty liver? I'm so glad you shared this because I would not know what to do! Now I can impress my friends with this dish! Thank you and looking forward to watching more videos by you.
First, Happy Birthday to your beautiful wife! Second, thanks for the hot knife tip. Third, there's an apple, so I can trick myself into believing it's healthy! Mouthwatering...
Very cool. I just bought a few ounces of Foie Gras today. First time ever eating it. I was thinking Apples and sweet onions.

Don't apologize for foie gras! If you like it that is no one's business but your own!
The state of California has made a big fuss over foie gras when the should be
working on more important issues.
Your video is excellent! Excellent camera work and explanations! Keep up the good work!

@daveinxian1 Agree completely about the state California we use to live in San Diego before Key West! Thanks for the video compliments! ~ Karriann

I really like how closely you can see all the action on the chopping boards. You must be using a really good camera.
