  • Good stretches. To build up balance to take hands off floor, rest hand on thighs so off group and focus on your core stay stable. Eventually you can place hands anywhere.

  • ok but i train everyday an i think that it doesnt help could you give me stretching tipps for example how long to hold a stretch an how much in a week

  • I think about three times a week is enough!! Hey I want to make a clip how to make a split and there you will get information o.k.?

  • I think too much training is also bad because your muscles have to relax

  • Try a little harder, maybe. A good tip is warming up.. dance a little or something =P, then you will see you will go further and then push from there, but not too hard ;).

    ok its been nine months, but if you did stop i hope you didnt give up, thing is , train everyday and all , but then your muscles will hurt , and then hurt more , and then you will notice the flexibility getting worse . the most important thing is do not fight it , go as far as the muscle wants, then its time to rest , for 'bout ten days , and you'll see. then repeat. i hope you already done with it anyway.

  • I get it. I do martial arts, that´s correct. These exercises are adavantageous in Taekwondo, for high kicks for example

  • he an alle dies interessiert: ich habs hinbekommen! ich üb jetz, dass ich nich mehr sooo viel aufwärmen muss und ich vernünftig grade dabei sitzen kann. is nich so einfach für ein mädchen mit nem scheuermansyndrom( zur info: ich üb den männerspagat) was ist eig. schwerer. m oder f spagat? ich glaub es is allgemein der erste oda?!

  • when I try box splits my knees feel like they twist the other way and I think if I go down anymore they will snap off does n e one think I shukd do the splits a diffferent way-advise plz lll thanxs

  • hi there just asking a question here but when i try and go into box splits my lower back tenses up stopping me. It's not really my legs stopping me as i don't really feel tension there. Anyone else have this experience and any advice on what to do?

  • well thats actually fair good... but down here in australia we suprisingly work hard. put weights on both legs and that will definatly be better...
