very rare, I thought the 1.6 gpf Mansfield alto didnt not come out untill 1994 because before then Mansfield made 3.5 gpf toilets. hmmm.

@cpv6 the kilgore tanks had a adjustable flush valve you could slide up the foam ring on the flush tower and get more water in the flush
