on a good day he took me back and then a year later he left me for the same reason.. i had cut my wrist i ended up in hospital ... doctors never disgnosd me with anything all they did was give me numbers for help lines and if i needed to talk to someone i could .. wasnt very helpful at all... i alwo binge eat ... i dont know if thats related to BPD as i just started to reserch it and ur video is the first one i have seen.. i think this is what i have.
i was with my ex for 2 years and when we got serious he broke up with me because i was in his worlds '' acting crazy'' when he'd go out with his friends i use to make him feel so bad .. make him feel like so bad and tell him i would hurt myself if he didnt come see me..
i have never beeen diagnosed with BPD but im 100% sure i have it.. i can never feel just right when im angry im really angry i punch walls and break things and when im sad i just cry to myself in my bedroom when im happy im on top of the world like im jumpy and exctied but i never feel just righ.....
I have so much in common with you. No lies. I feel crazy sometimes, but i know i'm not. I fear of being alone. My boyfriend has put up with alot from me as well. I wish you were here so i could talk to you. - Khelcy <3
I am very happy to hear how much the meds help your BPD and your quality of life. I KNOW how awful every day can be when the BPD is controlling you, and how much better the right meds can make each day. You seem like such a sweet girl, who DEFINITELY deserves to have a happy, high-quality life! Enjoy!!
i really relate to this video. i was diagnosed with bipolar but im going to see a psychiartrist as i think i may have bpd instead. xx keep well gorgeous

How does BPD affect which people you have as friends? Are certain kinds of people attracted, repelled, or more tolerant? Which kinds of people are more likely to stay friends or to leave you? How do you relate to others with BPD?
I am in awe about you and your video. Watching you talk about what you go through having BPD made me cry because I could feel your same pains in me. I also have BPD and was never really a cutter, but constantly with the punching myself in the head, and pulling out the hair, as well as clawing the face and legs. I am MORE THAN proud of you for surviving through your struggles. You are very motivational for me, thank you for your videos and please keep on updating. :)
I think many people go into once a week therapy and think they can beat down this disorder. It's an unreasonable expectation and they of course slip right back into the same patterns and typically drop out of therapy saying it didn't work. Find a therapist who is attached to a good, prescribing psychiatrist so that you can combine these efforts.
There's an extremely important line in this interview - "medications have done more for me than what it took three hours a day of therapy to do..." The advancements in medically treating BPD have been really significant in the last decade and now a combination of four or so medications can do wonders. I also like that you explain that it's not a "cure" but rather allows you the freedom to control your response to symptoms. Well put Dani!
awesome video mami - this is like my disorder schizoaffective bipolar disorder in some ways. I have a video coming out about it shortly. thanks so very much for helping us to understand more about the mental illnesses as they can vary in individuals.
That was a great explaination on BPD! I was diagnosed a year an a bit ago as having BPD on top of my already diagnosed Eating Disorders and Tourette Syndrome and it's amazing how many things I do that I never realized were due to the BPD!
I am so glad to hear from you! You are a very sweet lady to help your friend with her paper! I know that based on your answers, she will surely get an A+! You made another excellent video. I am glad to see you are still doing great! Thank you for all your sweet replies on my profile! I am so lucky to have you for a friend!

BPD is not a chemical imbalance. It is a wiring issue.
