  • @Xerxes4242 xoxo

  • That was really beautiful. Freaking amazing guitar work and that cello player is seriously bad ass. You guys should all be on tour if you're not already.

  • @jeeves251 Haha, the cello and the guitarist on the right(he learned the tune 10 minutes before video) are on tour. I'm not yet though!

  • I just realised I counted into a jig as if it were a reel. OH DEAR!

  • very beautiful but the cello drowns out the guitars :(

  • @amariiah She's the best player here so it's ok;)

This was live without any mics though.

  • Awesome dudes

  • Hey this is great.. would you be able to get sheet music for the cello part or let me know where to get it ..?

  • Oh, I'm sure she just jammed it and did it from her head, that's how she is. I don't have any, sorry

  • Ok.. thanks anyway! yeh shes total good. :P

  • just for the record, this is not a traditional tune (although it sure sounds like one)

it was composed by Dave Richardson, (of Boys of the Lough) and has gained worldwide acclaim as one of the most popular modern fiddle tunes.

  • my mistake, good to know! Thanks!

  • I can't help whistling while I listen to that! Love it!

  • Great! You made my heart dance at the rhythm of your interpretation...

  • I love the song, it is addictive

  • higly addictive! I guess it's either waterboys' ora traditional... actually I don't know, but I first heard from waterboys...

  • no, wait... it ought to be traditional,'cause I heard played by Boys of the Lough too... it was slower than the waterboys' version, but definitely the same tune!

  • Waterboys, Boys of the Lough. Ok, thank you.

  • you're welcome; oh, and that's another version, the fastest I ever heard, on youtube, there (at 1:13)
